The Buffalo Buffalo locked up a win at The Greenhouse, knocking off the Yellowstone Super Volcano, 6-3. On the mound for Buffalo was right-hander Glenn DePue. He played a major role in the triumph. DePue got the win, improving to 6-6. He gave up 7 hits and walked 1 over 7.2 innings. He allowed 1 run. With the win, Buffalo raised its record to 50-50.

Jordan Acosta had a big 2-run double for the Buffalo in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Buffalo leading 2-1 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Art Madsen, who finished 4th in the AL in ERA with 3.35 last year, and swatted a double to right. It was his 22nd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Buffalo ahead, 4-1.

"Throwing strikes was the main thing," DePue said.
