The Osaka Takoyaki converted a terrific effort from starter Hyeok Kim into a win over the Yellowstone Super Volcano at Volcano Ballpark. The Takoyaki won the game by a final score of 4-2. Daniel Forsyth earned save number 18 this season. With the win, the Takoyaki improved to 40-54.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Sam Clark? The reigning Most Valuable Player Award winner Clark stroked a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to put Osaka up, 3-1. For the game, he was 3 for 5, including 1 double and 2 singles.
