The Dublin Porters topped the St. Louis Archies, 13-4, with third baseman Peter Thompson playing a big role. Thompson went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Porters in the win. Today's win puts Dublin at 48-43, while St. Louis falls to 60-31.

The two teams provided some entertaining baseball for the Porters Ballpark crowd. Regardless of the outcome, a good time was had by all.

"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," Thompson told the Dublin Bulletin.
