Knights Absorb 6-4 Loss at The Greenhouse
|
The Buffalo Buffalo beat the Brooklyn Knights, 6-4. Buffalo pitcher and Dallas, Texas, native Tim Ocampo led the way. With the win, Buffalo upped its record to 46-45.
The Buffalo got a big hit from catcher Tyler Steele. In the bottom of the sixth, Steele smacked a bases-clearing double off Brooklyn pitcher Alex Smith. It was his 19th double of the season. Suddenly, the Buffalo were ahead, 4-2.
"The only difference is executing pitches and not executing pitches," said Ocampo. "When you don't execute, you get beat. When you execute, you usually give your team a chance to win."
