The Buffalo Buffalo picked up a win at The Greenhouse, taking down the Havana Sugar Kings, 4-1. Starting pitcher John Hoover was a big reason why. Buffalo pitcher Randy Nelson got the win. He's now 4-0. Austin Briese was tagged with the loss. The loss drops the Sugar Kings to 12-19.

Sam Gleghorn contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With a runner on 1st, he hit a double. His at-bat helped Buffalo get the win.

"That was a really good outing by John," said Buffalo manager Jim Punk42ae.
