Despite a great performance by Hanoi second baseman Jamie Williams, the Waikiki Wayfinders defeated the Dragon Warriors by the score of 8-7 in 10 innings at Ballpark of Honolulu. Williams was 3-5 with 3 doubles. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. Hanoi now is 14-15.

The Wayfinders got a clutch hit from right fielder Setsujiro Takahashi. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Wayfinders.

"Feels good to be on the winning side," said Takahashi.
