Eric Adamonis pitched a dandy of a game to help the Pittsburgh Yinzers beat the Brooklyn Knights, 5-1. With the win, the Yinzers hiked their record to 44-38.

Pittsburgh used a clutch at-bat from Carlos Betancourt to capture the win. The left fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Yinzers ahead, 3-1. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"Eric is good at sticking to his strengths," said Pittsburgh manager Billy Caceres.
