Dragon Warriors Reel Off Another Win
The Hanoi Dragon Warriors handed the Kyiv Cossacks a 4-2 defeat at Kyiv Grounds. Center Fielder Scot Shearing starred for Hanoi. He went 4-4 with a double and 3 singles. He scored 3 runs. The winning pitcher was 24-year old right-handed pitcher Josh Cotton. He tossed 89 pitches over 6.2 innings, allowing 1 run on 7 hits. With the win, Hanoi elevates its record to 16-7.

Ronnie Viverette, who finished 5th in the AL in wins above replacement with 4.9 in 2047, had a direct impact on the outcome. Viverette contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning to put Hanoi up, 2-1.
