Dublin and Brooklyn got after it at Porters Ballpark.

Behind the hitting of Ben Crepps, the Dublin Porters defeated the Brooklyn Knights, 7-3. Crepps went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Porters. Jim Steeb got the win, improving to 1-0. He pitched 7.1 innings, giving up 6 hits and 3 runs, while striking out 10 and walking 2.

Dublin took a 6-2 lead on Crepps's 5th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Trevor Egan in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Dublin to the win.

"Things didn't bounce our way," said Brooklyn skipper Enoch Tang.

The victory makes Dublin 13-10.
