Portland turned a good performance from starting pitcher Jason Scothorn into a 4-2 triumph over the Los Angeles Kings in 10 innings at Sportsman's Park. Miguel Romero earned his 1st save, after closing out the game. Los Angeles is now 11-10.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for David Terkeurst? The fan favorite Terkeurst stroked a 2-run double in the top of the tenth inning to put Portland up, 4-2. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.
