Shuhei Ouchi, who led the FL in wins with 19 in 2048, propelled his team to victory over the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs. The final score was 2-1, St. Louis. St. Louis sits at 13-7 in the early going.

Ouchi, who dominated for St. Louis, earned the victory to move to 2-1. He was in control the whole game, scattering 4 hits over 7.2 innings, while striking out 12. Sudbury batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
