Cuenca Good, But Not Good Enough, in 7-6 Loss
Orlando Cuenca had a good game, but he could not keep the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs from falling, 7-6, to the Pittsburgh Yinzers at Bulldogs Ballpark. The Sudbury right fielder slugged 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4 in the loss. Pittsburgh reliever Paolo Ferrari was the winner. His record is now 1-1. Eric Barone took the loss. Losses have been rare for the Blueberry Bulldogs, who are now 12-5.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Lugh Hughes? The Pittsburgh center fielder had a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Yinzers on top, 7-6. For the game, Hughes had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Pittsburgh manager Billy Caceres.
