Morrison Holds Copper Kings Scoreless
|
Danny Morrison of LetterKenny easily handled the Reno Copper Kings, stopping them on 3 hits and chucking a complete-game 5-0 shutout.
"He really did a job on us," said Reno manager Kyle Aden. "He had good command of his pitches. He changed speeds well and confused us. We never could zero in on him, but he certainly zeroed in on us."
He finished the game with 10 strikeouts and 2 walks in a solid outing.
To date this year, Morrison shows a 8-4 record, 15 starts, 117 innings, 127 strikeouts and a 2.23 ERA.
