Bad News for Havana, Engels Injured Thursday, April 20th , 2051 It took the Havana team doctor a while to realize it, but right fielder Jason Engels won't simply play through an oblique strain after he got hurt throwing the ball in today's Dragon Warriors-Sugar Kings game. At first, it looked like Engels might be back as early as tomorrow, but now the prognosis isn't quite so good; he's expected to miss at least 2 weeks. So far this year, Engels has 5 home runs and a .280 batting average. |
